We want you to love your Lanolips as much as we do, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened products. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or tested.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your unopened items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include your packing slip inside.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
